VIRTUAL therapy for TEXAS

Services are provided to residents of TX via telehealth phone or video sessions during a scheduled appointment time. This is very convenient for those with busy schedules and those who want to maximize their time. There's no more having to make up hours at work or traveling to and from therapy. Please see the "Insurance & Payments" section below for more details. Same day, same week, or next day sessions are sometimes available, simply email me to check availability!

Insurance & Payments

Private pay or cash pay, Aetna, or BCBS insurance are accepted. I offer reduced fees for those in need. Insurance co-pays & co-insurances vary according to individual insurance plans. You'll know what to expect to pay for your first session. Payments are due at the time services are rendered. I don't bill clients for payment at a later date. Accepted forms of payment: credit card, debit card, & online payments.

Basic private pay client fee structure:

$100-$150 /45 min telehealth video or phone counseling session

$100 missed session, late cancellation, late reschedule (defined by a minute past the minimum 48 hours advance notice)

$200/ hour Court testimony (2 hr minimum) plus any travel/parking fees

$1 per page for copies (plus postage)

$50 fee for forms/basic reports up to 15 mins ($25 each additional 15 mins for longer forms & reports) Attendance notes free.

$100 charged weekly for the duration of our supervision contract for LPC Associates Counseling Supervision services

$100/ per 50 min mentoring session for substance abuse counseling or general counseling students, other than LPC
